The Past Life Journey

I use the term "journey" because that is what it has been for
me. A journey into past lives. Some have been mine, some have been others.
The term regression came from "age regression", which is a very
useful tool in understanding the programs of our life. As I understand
it, one day while in a session someone took a step further back into a
past life and so the term "past life regression". I find the
term "regression" a hard word and the word "journey"
a soft word. The Soul's Journey from lifetime to lifetime opens up a deeper
understanding of who we are and where we are going. It is a journey that
you must experience for yourself in order to understand. Others may be
able to see glimpses of your journey through lives, but when you see it,
and you know you are seeing it, then you have a deeper understanding.
Along this journey, we will find information that can lead us to a better
life now, and for all times.
As we begin to explore this information that we have gathered on our past
life journeys, it is only information at first. What we do with this information
is the important part. We begin to find conflicts in the information.
I have known three 'Joan of Arcs', all three of these people could not
have been 'Joan of Arc'. Also a past life journey can take on a very spiritual
connotation that upsets some, and please others. For the sin-based religions,
the information that we may live again means that we may get another chance
to get it right. This upsets them because they want `you' to repent today.
When I first started to work with HIV+ individuals, I thought I could
help them best with hypno-immunity and hypno-anesthesia. As it turned
out, it was the peace of mind in knowing, that they have lived before
and they will live again.
It helps sometimes to understand the background of the Seeker. Let us
look at an overview of various religion and their views of the after life.
BUDDHISTS
Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, taught that existence is a continuing
cycle of death and rebirth. Every deed and thought produces good or bad
karma, which will affect the form of the next life. The state of mind
of the person at the moment of death helps determine the state at rebirth.
CATHOLICS
Catholics await a "general judgment" of all souls. The saintly
will ascend to heaven, while those who die in mortal sin are condemned
to hell. Although it is not emphasized, Catholics also recognize purgatory,
a time of cleansing after death.
HINDUS
When the body dies, the soul continues to live in a different body until
moksha, or liberation from the life-death cycle, is achieved. There are
several paths to liberation, including devotion to a personal god, breaking
attachments to the material world, and choosing an occupation that benefits
society.
JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES
An oft-cited belief of Jehovah's Witnesses is that only 144,000 souls
will go to heaven. All other good souls will live on in an earthly paradise.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in hell, but in eternal death. Everyone
who dies remains dead until Armageddon - the final battle between good
and evil, and the restoration of the earth to its paradise state. During
a 1,000 year reign of Christ, God "will resurrect people in an orderly
fashion."
JEWS
The Jewish tradition teaches that there is life after death and that not
only Jews go to heaven. Many Jews believe a legacy of good deeds and commitments
in the family and community is all that continues after death.
MORMONS
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe human
beings exist as spirit children before their mortal existence and continue
to exist after death. Mormons do not believe everyone will be assigned
to either heaven or hell but accept that one's station in the afterlife
will be determined by obedience to God in mortality. Mormons also believe
family relationships can be maintained eternally.
MUSLIMS
Muslims believe the end of earth will come in a final judgment by Allah,
who will call up those still alive and all those who have died, present
them with a record of their deeds, and weigh their obedience to God and
actions toward fellow human beings. The faithful will move on to paradise;
the unfaithful will be punished with hell.
PROTESTANTS
Protestants witness in the Apostles' Creed to believe in "the resurrection
of the body and the life everlasting." But they often disagree within
denominations about whether one goes immediately to heaven or hell or
waits until the second coming of Christ for judgment, and whether judgment
will come before or after his purported 1,000 year-rule on earth.
UNIVERSALISTS
Although the principles of Unitarian Universalism state clearly that no
member "shall be required to subscribe to any particular interpretation
of religion, or to any particular religious belief or creed," universalism
accepts the salvation of all, as the name suggests.
AMERICAN INDIAN
Many tribes believed that you went on to a better life in the "happy
hunting grounds"
WICCANS, OR WITCHES
Many of the "old religion" that predates Christianity traditionally
teaches about a place after death called "Summerland," a land
of never ending feasting, merrymaking and music. Since many witches believe
in reincarnation, they see Summerland as a place of rest, rejuvenation
and preparation for the next life. Witches do not accept the idea prevalent
in some Eastern religions that reincarnation can include coming back in
other life forms as punishment or reward but believe reincarnation is
an evolutionary path.
While journeying with myself and others into past lives. I have begun
to understand where past life information comes from. I have found that
past life information can come to us from three areas:
1. Your collective consciousness
2. The universal collective consciousness
3. Past life escape.
Your Collective Consciousness
Your collective consciousness is the sum total of all your lives. This
is your true soul's journey that can have a bearing on your present life
and your future lives. It is the memory of the soul. The soul being the
body of the spirit and the spirit being the conscious life energy. The
spirit may feel hurt or confused, but the soul can not be harmed.
The Universal Collective Consciousness
The universal collective consciousness is the sum total of all the lives
that have ever lived. You may have a problem in this life that you have
not had in any other life. By accessing the universal collective consciousness
you will find other lives that have had the same problems as you and there
by gain insight to your problem. You may not have been 'Joan of Arc',
but her life may give you insight into yours. Your consciousness is also
a part of the universal consciousness that we all share. Sometimes when
I've been helping a Seeker find their journey, I too, tap into the records
of life and I see their past lives as they do. With billions of records,
I am amazed sometimes how quickly some people can tap into other's past
lives. I can understand the feeling of a twin or fragmented soul, because
of the open flow of the universal collective consciousness.
Past Life Escape
Past life escape is when you have a problem in this life and you may not
want to face it. By escaping into a past life scenario, you may gain insight
into your problem. This past life escape scenario may come from movies,
books or any place. People who do not believe in real past lives like
this one. This escapism can be very real and can make the journey very
slippery. This is why you should have an audio recording of any past life
journey that is being used in any healing. If journeying alone then write
the journey down upon returning. Just as we can have False Memory Syndrome
of this life, we can have FMS of previous lives. The bottom line should
be to get insight into our problems now. What we did or did not do is
not as important as what we DO
NOW!
We can do muscle readings or dowsing to find out which of the three areas
the past life information is coming from. Many times the Seeker will feel
very strong emotions when it is coming from the collective consciousness.
Past life information without hypnosis or trance can be found by looking
at books of different era and getting in touch with your feelings. "How
does this make me feel?" This is also a way to open a journey, or
to receive more information on the journey.
I believe that past life information was originally designed to be readily
available to us, to help us live longer. If in a past life we were eaten
by a tiger, then in this life we would have an uncanny fear of tigers.
In animals, we call it instinct. But, after years of us being told, "
We can not think that." we have kind of lost some of our connections.
One of the most common past life problems that I have seen, is the person
that was burned at the stake in a past life because of their spiritual
views. In this life, they begin to take a path of a similar spirituality,
and all of sudden, they find themselves in fear. They begin to have headaches
and are unable to focus on what they are doing. It is as if the spirit,
not understanding what happened to them before, just shuts down.
There are basically two types of people who seek a past life journey.
The first is the curiosity Seeker. They just want to explore the journey.
The second is the past life therapy Seeker. They have a problem to solve.
Problems come to us through programing, either from this life or from
past lives. And the solution can come from anywhere.
The first step is to do what I call an assumption journey tape recording.
We assume that the Seeker is in the journey. We use a screen on which
to project the journey on, so that the Seeker is not directly in the past
life, in case of any unpleasant pictures. I also tell the Seeker not to
analyze the journey into past lives under hypnosis/trance. There will
be time enough to analyze later. Past life information is like a snow
flake. If you try to hold onto it too long, it will melt away. I also
tell the Seeker that they may see the past lives, they may feel the past
lives, or they may just know the information of the past lives. On the
assumption journey, we want to take the Seeker in and out of the past
lives. By doing this two or three times, the Seeker gets the feel of the
ebb and flow of the past lives. We use what is called a 'vehicle' to move
the Seeker to a past life. One hypnotist even used the visualization of
a '57 Chevy- get in drive along, get out in a past life. I have used age
regression, but that is a little hard to use all of the time. I have also
used floating up to the stars. I like the stars myself. I have found that
the best vehicle that works for most people is a misty fog.
It is also important to say "a past life you have chosen to view".
This gives them control over the information. Do not assumes that all
past lives have been on planet Earth. As a guide showing the path on the
way to the journey, you must be careful not to lead (even if you think
you know where the trail goes).
Over the years I have developed what I feel is the best induction. The
method I use has 6 basic parts:
1. Loop Suggestion
Loop Suggestion is part of the AutoKey. This must be the
same words that are used later. It will automatically cause the Seeker
to go deeper each time the loop is used.
2. InnerBody Communication
InnerBody Communication is using the right side of the mind to visualize
a part of the body. We use the left side of the mind to speak to that
part of body. Then when we say "Relax" we are communicating
a command of
relaxation to that part of the body.
3. Mind Count Down
Mind Count Down is the same seeing, saying and the communicating of a
relaxation that we used in number 2, only we use numbers to help the mind
relax. Parts 1, 2, and 3 together are called the induction.
4. The Subject Matter
The Subject Matter is the purpose of the hypnosis/trance in this case
it
is the Past Life Journey.
5. The AutoKey
The AutoKey is part of the Loop Suggestion. The AutoKey can be any
action, word, smell, touch, or any combination can be used. It works on
the basis of Acquired Conditioned Reflex. The AutoKey can be used as a
key to return to the journey, a key to bring into conscious awareness
your "Past Life Personification" or other events.
6. The Count Out.
The Count Out is returning the Seeker to an awakened state. Do not worry
if the tape brakes or something, the Seeker will only sleep for as tired
as
they are and wake up normally. If at anytime you want to or need to awaken
just
count up from 1 to 5 and count yourself out. If anything happens around
you,
you will be able to respond, the same as if you were sleeping, maybe better.
Recordings
By making an audio recording of the hypnosis/trance work the Seeker can
listen
to it repeatedly. Thereby the Seeker goes even more deeper with an enhanced
journey. You can record this yourself, and use it to take yourself deeper
than you might be able to take yourself otherwise. In making a tape for
yourself use the first person as if talking to yourself.
If you are using this format as a meditation you may find your mind in
chatter
rather that meditation. Chatter is where your mind goes off into a chatter
about almost anything- "Oh! I've got to do that report for ..."
"I've got to
... etc". If at anytime you find yourself in chatter and not meditation
you
would simply say "relax, relax, relax" and pick up the meditation
at any
point. We would not want to chatter about chatter. Let's say you realize
you
are in chatter in the mind count down. "Let's see I did 15, I don't
think,--- I
may have done 14,--- I know, I didn't do 13" that's chatter about
chatter just
say "relax, relax, relax, 12 ... relax" where ever you pick
it up is fine.
Sometimes chatter is followed by- "You stupid XXXX, why can't you
remember..."
that is called "Beating Up On Yourself" and you should avoid
doing this to
yourself.
It is best to have the Seeker laying down on a massage type table or other
flat area. With a cervical pillow under their head and a small pillow
under
their knees to straighten their backs. But, a nice chair will do. It also
helps to have the body and mind balanced and clear.
Let's dissect this basic induction and Past Life Journey. (I will use
capital letters for comments.)
The Basic Induction
Place your thumb and finger together, Take a deep breath. and count down
in
your mind 5..4..3..2..1.. as a signal for your mind and your body to go
into a
deep relaxation.
THIS IS WHAT I CALL A LOOP SUGGESTION, KEY OR AUTOKEY. START OUT WITH
THIS
AND THEN MAKE IT A POST-HYPNOTIC SUGGESTION LATER. YOU MUST START
OUT WITH THE SAME TYPE OF KEY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO USE IN THE POST-HYPNOTIC
SUGGESTION THAT COMES LATER. THIS SHOULD BE A SINGLE STEP - FINGERS, BREATH
AND
COUNT
DOWN ARE TO BE DONE THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME.
As you listen to the sound of my voice, and only to my voice, allow yourself
to drift into a relaxation. Every word I speak will allow you to go deeper.
All outside noise will only help you to focus in, even more on my words.
THIS IS A DEEPENING TECHNIQUE AND BRINGS THE FOCUS TO YOUR WORDS.
As you prepare to go into a deep relaxation (FUTURE TALK), take another
deep
breath, hold it for a moment, feeling the fullness. As you let it out,
let
it all out, hold it for a moment, feel the emptiness. As you take another
deep breath, imagine you are taking in life energy, for breath is truly
the
life energy. As you let go, imagine that on your breath is riding
all tension, all anxiety and all stress. Breathe in the life energy, and
exhale all thoughts of stress, all thoughts of tension, all thoughts of
anxiety. Breathe in the life energy, and exhale all thoughts of stress,
all
thoughts of tension, all thoughts of anxiety.
FOCUS ON THE BREATH. TAKE CONTROL OF THE AUTONOMIC NERVOUS SYSTEM. YOU
MAY
WANT TO REPEAT THE BREATH TALK MORE. IF YOU ARE WORKING LIVE WITH A SEEKER,
TIME THE WORDS TO THE BREATH.
IN THE FOLLOWING WE ARE USING THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE MIND TO VISUALIZE
A PART OF
THE BODY,
AND THEN THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MIND TO SAY THAT PART OF THE BODY FOLLOWED
BY A
COMMAND TO
RELAX.
Now, bring your focus to your feet, and picture you feet much as if you
were
looking at a medical encyclopedia, a cross section of the bones, the muscle,
and the blood vessels. (SOME PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS THINKING ABOUT THEIR
BODIES
AND THEN THEY WONDER WHY THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BODIES) As you
form a
clear picture of your feet in your mind, talk to your feet in your mind.
Telling your feet to relax. Feet relax. And then feel a relaxing feeling
come
over your feet. And as you do, allow that relaxing feeling to move up
your
legs.
As you bring your focus to your calves and shins. Calves, shins relax.
Now,
allow that relaxing feeling to move up your legs even more.
As you visualize your hips and thighs relaxing. Relax your hips and thighs.
Your legs are now very relaxed. As you allow that relaxing feeling to
move
into your stomach muscles. Relax your stomach muscles, as the muscles
take
only enough energy to move up and down with the rhythm of your breath.
(ANY PART OF THE BODY THAT IS DOING SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH
ENERGY TO DO IT. I USE "AS YOU" TO GIVE CONTROL TO THE SEEKER.
Now, allow that relaxing feeling to move around to the small of your back.
Small of the back relax. Now, allow that relaxing feeling to move into
your
chest muscles. As your chest muscles relax, they take only enough energy
to
move up and down with the rhythm of your breath. (ANY PART OF THE BODY
THAT IS
DOING SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH ENERGY TO DO IT.) Now, allow
that
relaxing feeling to move into your upper back, as your upper back relaxes.
Now, allow that relaxing feeling to move into your shoulders, as your
shoulders relax. Now, allow that relaxing feeling to move all the way
down to
your finger tips. As you allow your fingers and hands to relax, taking
only
enough energy for the task at hand. (ANY PART OF THE BODY THAT IS DOING
SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH ENERGY TO DO IT.) Relax your hands
even
more, As you allow that relaxing feeling to move up your arms even more.
(AT
THIS POINT, AS YOU MOVE BACK UP THE ARMS YOUR PURPOSE IS TO DEEPEN EVEN
MORE.
YOUR WORDS SHOULD BE VERY HYPNOTIC, NOW) As the relaxing feeling moves
into
your forearms, forearms relax. Now, allow that relaxing feeling to move
into
your upper arms. As your upper arms relax even more, your arms are very
relaxed now. Allow an even deeper relaxation to move into your shoulders.
Your body is very relaxed now. (PRESENT TALK) You may feel a tingling,
or a
heaviness, or even a lightness in your hands and feet. It's alright. It's
only your hands and feet relaxing down even more and more.
Now allow that relaxing feeling to move into your neck as your neck relaxes,
taking only enough energy to hold the head up right. (ANY PART OF THE
BODY
THAT IS DOING SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH ENERGY TO DO IT.)
Now,
allow that relaxing feeling to move into your facial muscles. Allowing
your
jaw muscle to relax even more, as your jaw hangs loose. Relax the muscles
around your eyes. Relax the muscles of your forehead, even more, as the
muscles in your forehead smooth out- letting go of all tension.
Now, bring your focus inside your body as you relax every organ and every
gland. (IF ANY PART OF THE BODY NEEDS HEALING FOCUS IN ON THAT PART EVEN
MORE)
Visualize your lungs relaxing even more. Your lungs take only enough energy
to breath in the life energy. Exhale out all thoughts of stress, all
thoughts of tension, all thoughts of anxiety. (ANY PART OF THE BODY THAT
IS
DOING SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH ENERGY TO DO IT.) As you
relax
your stomach, as you relax your liver, relax your kidneys. Visualize your
blood vessels running throughout the body, as your blood vessels relax
allowing the blood to flow smoothly and evenly throughout the body. Allow
your
heart to relax, taking only enough energy to pump the blood smoothly,
evenly
and rhythmically. (BLOOD VESSELS BEFORE HEART)(ANY PART OF THE BODY THAT
IS
DOING SOMETHING, TELL IT TO ONLY TAKE ENOUGH ENERGY TO DO IT.)
Now, visualize the nervous system running throughout the body. As your
nervous system relaxes, allowing the information to flow smoothly and
evenly
to the spinal cord. Allow the spinal cord to relax, allowing the information
to flow smoothly and evenly to the mind. (NERVOUS SYSTEM BEFORE SPINAL
CORD)
THIS IS THE END OF THE INNERBODY COMMUNICATION PART.
Allow the mind to relax. As you listen to the sound of my voice, and only
to
my voice, allow yourself to drift deeper and deeper into relaxation. Every
word that I speak allows you to go deeper and deeper. All outside noise
will
only allow you to focus even more on my words.
(MORE DEEPENING TECHNIQUES)
THE MIND COUNT DOWN
I am going to count down from 25 to 1. With each and every number I count
visualize that number in your mind and as I say "relax" allow
that number to
fade away. (F A D E A W A Y, MAKE YOUR WORDS FADE AWAY, IN A VERY HYPNOTIC
TONE) And as that number fades away, allow yourself to go into a deeper
(D E E P E R, THE SAME AS FADE AWAY) and deeper relaxation until at one
you
will be totally and completely relaxed. (FUTURE DEEPENING)
As I now, count down from 25 to 1.
(I FIND THAT 25 TO 1 IS THE BEST RANGE OF NUMBERS TO USE. IF YOU ARE WORKING
LIVE, TIME THE COUNTING WITH THE BREATH)

Past Life Journey The Assumption
(The Subject Matter)
Now on the count of 3, (THE 3 COUNT IS USED TO MOVE THE SEEKER AROUND
FROM ONE
PLACE TO ANOTHER IT IS DONE WITH A FAST COUNT) visualize and imagine (BY
USING
THE WORDS "VISUALIZE AND IMAGINE" YOU MAKE IT STRONGER)
yourself in a beautiful meadow, with soft green grass at your feet, with
beautiful flowers, and a blue sky, with white puffy clouds floating along
so
peacefully, so tranquil, so relaxing, with a warm Sun shinning down upon
you.
At the count of 3, find yourself in this beautiful meadow. (TELLING THE
SEEKER
WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO GO WHEN YOU COUNT 3. THE 3 COUNT SHOULD BE FAST.)
1..2..3. You are now in this beautiful meadow. (YOU REPEAT WHAT EVER YOU
SAID
BEFORE THE 3 COUNT. PAINT THE PICTURE OF WHERE THEY ARE GOING AND AGAIN
WHERE
THEY ARE AT AFTER THE 3 COUNT) Feel the soft green grass at your feet,
and
breath easy the fresh air. (THIS FOR ALLERGY SOME PEOPLE MAY HAVE) See
the
beautiful flowers, smell the sweet aroma of the flowers. See a butterfly
floating along so easy, so effortlessly, so tranquil. The white puffy
clouds,
floating along, so easy, so majestically. As the warm Sun shines down
upon
your skin, the warmth of the sun relaxes you even more. As you walk along
in
this beautiful meadow, so peaceable, so tranquil.
USING ALL THE SENSES TO PAINT THE PICTURE
Now, as you walk along in this meadow. You begin to see, up ahead a
large screen. As you now stand before this large screen. You see yourself
on this large screen. And as you do, you begin to see a misty fog come
in
around you on the screen. As this fog gets thicker and thicker, it is
becoming so thick that all you can see is your outline in the misty fog,
on
the large screen.
Now, you begin to see a person coming out of the mist. This person is
you.
This is you, from a past life, that you have chosen to view. Take note
as to:
How are you dressed?
How old are you?
Now, at the count of the 3, the mist will clear and you will see yourself
in a
past life situation that you have chosen to view.

Take note as to:
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Take one moment of time to view this past life scene and I will return
in one
moment of time.
BY USING THIS STATEMENT YOU ALLOW, THE SEEKER, THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE
THE
PAST LIFE. USING "ONE MOMENT OF TIME" IS BETTER THAT SAYING
"MINUTE" OR OTHER
TIME MEASUREMENTS, BECAUSE A MOMENT CAN LAST FOR WHAT SEEMS TO BE A LONG
TIME.
Very good, now at the count of 3, you will move to a meal scene. As you
see
yourself eating a meal at the count of 3. (RE-ENTER WITH A CONGRATULATION
AND
ENCOURAGEMENT)

Look around you what do you see?
Look at the people, look deep into their eyes, look deep into
their souls. Do you know these people?

FAMILY WOULD GATHER TOGETHER AND MOST PAST LIFE PROBLEMS COMES FROM PAST
LIFE

BACK ON THIS LIFE TIME BECAUSE THE FAMILY MEAL TIME IS GONE.)
Now at the count of 3, the misty fog will return.

AUTOKEY

to 1. With each and every number I count, find yourself going down deeper
and
deeper. At 1 you will be 10 times more relaxed than you are now.

A DEEPENING EVEN MORE BEFORE YOU SET THE AUTOKEYS OF THE LOOP SUGGESTION.

THE COUNT OUT
Now, with each and every step that you take, you will become more awake.
As I
start to count up from 1 to 5 , with each number I count, you will be
coming
more and more awake. At the count of 5, you will be wide awake full of
energy.
1 - feel the energy rushing into your legs as your legs come alive, full
of
energy.
2 - feel the energy rushing into your arms as your arms come alive, full
of
energy.
3 - feel the energy rushing into your body as your body come alive, full
of
energy.
4 - feel the energy rushing into your mind as your mind come alive, full

5 - feel the energy rushing to your eyes as your eyes open, and you see

THE END OF THE JOURNEY
Now, the curiosity Seeker, can take this tape and listen to many times
and be very happy. The past life therapy Seeker, can take this tape and
listen to it until they begin to get insight into their problem or are
ready
to do a therapy journey. Because of the talking back and forth, the therapy
journey tape is not a good tape to listen to repeatedly. Also there maybe
areas that come out in the dialogue, that you would not want to program

Past Life Journey Therapy

Now, as you stand in this meadow, you begin to see a misty fog come in.
As this fog gets thicker and thicker, it is becoming so thick that all
you can
see is
fog. (NOTE WE ARE NOT USING A SCREEN, BECAUSE IN A THERAPY, THE SEEKER
SHOULD
BE CLOSER AND IN THE PAST LIFE. YOU CAN ALWAYS PULL THE SEEKER BACK OR
OUT OF

Now, as you stand in this fog you begin to see something coming, a date,
a
date of a time in which you have lived before.
(THE DATE IS OPTIONAL SOME PEOPLE LIKE TO KNOW, SOME PEOPLE
DO NOT KNOW OR ARE NOT INTOUCH WITH A DATE BECAUSE PEOPLE IN
3000 B.C. DID NOT KNOW IT WAS B.C.)
A date of a past life you have chosen to view. As this date becomes clearer
and clearer, when this date becomes very clear to you, raise your finger.
Fine, what is the date?

Now, you begin to see a person coming out of the mist. This person is
you.
This is you from a past life, you have chosen to view.
How are you dressed?
How old are you?
Now, at the count of the 3, the mist will clear and you will
see yourself in a past life situation that you have chosen
view.

Karma - The Lesson of The Journey
I see karma as lessons that we create. These karmic lessons affect what
we do in this life and in future lives. At first it seems that the lessons
we create controls much of our lives. Then we begin to become more aware
of our action and take more control of our lives. I call it being a "responsible
spirit." These lessons make us unique in our spiritual character.
There are many paths on the road of life. Yours is but one.
Soulmates and Karmicmates
Some people want to take the journey to find their soulmate. There are
many myths about soulmates. Some say that soulmates were made way back
in time, that you are separated from them and it is the job of life to
find them again. Some say you bounce from life to life looking for your
soulmate, sometimes you find them, sometimes you don't. Others say, that
before you enter this life you planned out every detail. Some people think
they have found their oulmate, and really they have found a karmicmate.
Soulmates happen when things goes right. Karmicmates happen when things
goes wrong. Souls are mated together when you and another soul say "
That was good, let's do it again." Karmicmates are made when you
have a bad relationship with your mate in a lifetime. Your spirit in somewhat
of a daze tries to understand what happened, so it then recreates situations
in order to understand. There is enough karma to go around, Jim or Sally
may have been your mate last time, but maybe they grew, learned their
lesson and found another soul to mate with. But, Joe or Susan had the
same problem in past lives, so they become your karmicmate in this lifetime.
Let's say you've already meet Joe or Susan in this life. You are now divorced,
and then you meet someone with whom you want to mate your soul with making
a soulmate. But, you must first clear out this karma thing. It is like
saying, " I want to dance with you for eternity, but I owe a dance
to Joe or Susan in the next life to workout old karma."
Old Karma
There are three ways that I know of to clear karma:
1. Do The Lesson - That means living the problem until you have learned
the lesson.
2. Learn The Lesson - That means you see the problem and the solution.
You may see it in your life, or in others lives, past or present. You
no longer must "Do The Lesson".
3. You Forgive All Involved Including Yourself - That means that you cannot
have hatred or anger for anyone, even yourself. You must say. "I
forgive all involved in this lifetime and in past lifetimes, including
myself, for I did not know better." Here is the big key. You must
mean it deep down in your soul.
The Journey Journal
The Journey Journal can be a very useful tool in helping you on this journey.
It can be used to record dreams of past lives, or help you find the best
time to journey. Some people find the full moon a good time. Others find
the best time is when their biorhythms are in a yin cycle. Most find that
it is best not to eat or drink a lot of food, coffee or alcohol.
Other Tips
The balancing of the energies in the body, mind and spirit I believe is
very important. This balancing of the energies can be found in Acu-Boby.
If you have difficulty visualizing, try what is call "burn in"
sit in front of a picture like a medical book and stare at the picture
until you can close your eyes and still see the picture thru your closed
eyes.
The Past Life Journey can be a beautiful way of understanding and awakening
as to the soul's journey. It can help with the problems of this life.
You can integrate your past lives personification into this lifetime.
Your journeys can help you understand the meaning and purpose of your
life.
The Time of Time
Please remember that the MOST IMPORTANT TIME IS NOW! The more you can
live in the moment of now, the happier you will be. The more you base
your decisions, of the now, on the now, the better your future will be.
